Review Summary:

There are a lot of things that concern me about Jane Simmons' Apprentice Academy Online sales pages. I've highlighte those in the research on this page.

Note: All details of the Jane Simmons Apprentice Academy Online sales process, terms and conditions, privacy policy, Earnings Disclaimer, etc. as detailed in this research have preserved in multiple ways, including video recording.

Apprentice Academy Online is a business opportunity that according to it’s sales page is endorsed by Kristi Frank, who was one of the contestants of season one of the apprentice. According to Odigger.com – a site that compiles CPA offers for affiliates to promote, it is an exclusive offer being run by the ClickBooth CPA Network.

The Claims:

  • Receive your first payment in 15 days or less…
  • No experience necessary.
  • Limited Number of Spots Open, Check Availability in Your Area.

The Email Optin

Something you probably should know before submitting your eMail address and phone number to Apprentice Academy Online is this statement of 3.6. of their Privacy policy:

“3.6 Do Not Call Registry Waiver.Even though you may be on a National or State DO NOT CALL list, by submitting your contact information which may include your telephone number, you are expressly authorizing us and our advertising businesses and affiliates to contact you by telephone at the number you have used regarding the information you have expressed.”

Conditional Refund Policy?

I noticed in the Refund Policy link on the checkout page, the following wording appears:

“We are willing to give you 30 days to get a full refund on your purchase if you truly give our system a chance and you are just not satisfied.”

It’s not clear to me what “truly give our system a chance” means and what the criteria is to determine if you gave the system a chance.

Did Kristi Frank Really Partner With Jane Simmons?

Some of you might recognize the photo of Jane Simmons as same stock photo used for Kathy Garcia on the Paid To Place site. Even some UK government sites have used this same photo, such as:

  • The Carmenshire City Council page here and
  • The West Sussex City Council page here and
So, one question that would be reasonable to ask is, “is Jane Simmons a real person?” I’m not convinced that she is.

Apprentice Academy Online Testimonials

There’s something awfully familiar about the testimonials at Apprentice Academy Online. The following images should help to highlight what I mean – I’ve taken snippets of the exact same testimonials attributed to different people across multiple sites:
40 Thousand
$1,147.02 Testimonial
The IncomeSourceTraining.com site uses a testimonial from “Wesley R.” claiming he is following the Income Source Training program by Michelle Mathews. The ApprenticeAcademyOnline.com site uses the same testimonial from “Wesley R.” claiming that he is following the Apprentice Academy Online training by Jane Simmons.

NonClickable Security Seals

The following video shows that I was unable to clickthrough to verify the validity of the security seals on Jane Simmons Apprentice Academy Online order page. I also couldn’t find the site in the TRUSTe directory or at Trust-Guard.com

Nonsensical Claims

Some of the writing on the Apprentice Academy Online sales page is spit-the-milk-right-through-your-nose ridiculous…such as this classic nonsense:

“Listen, I’ve been placing links for over five years now for many major search engines worldwide… I probably know more about this opportunity than anyone else alive… And have become quite famous as a pioneer of link posting.”

Say this to anybody who’s even the least bit knowledgeable about online marketing and I can guarantee that if they are drinking milk or any other sort of liquid when you read that to them, you had better stand back!
