Note: All details of the Melanie Davis Exclusive Home Profits sales page, terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc. as outlined in this post have preserved in multiple ways, including video recording.
This Exclusive Home Profits review of red flags covers numerous parts of the sales process that you should know about.
Exclusive Home Profits Offers A “Free” Consultation With An “Internet Wealth Expert” and states:
“I know the huge difference it makes to talk to a real live advisor. So I’ve put together a Highly-trained staff of success advisors to give you some guidance. You’ll get a free one-on-one phone consultation with a Search Engine Agent Advisor to discuss your individual goals and map out and ensure your quick path to financial success.”
This “free consultation” is actually the BIGGEST red flag for this product.
Here’s The Problem With These So-Called “Free Consultations”
- A sales person uses questioning tactics to try to determine how much cash and credit you have available.
- While on the phone with you…but completely undocumented…they will typically…
- Make promises to you that they know they can’t keep.
- Make things seem much easier than they are
- After that they will sell you training BASED ON the amount of credit and cash they believe you have available…typically into the thousands of dollars, if not tens of thousands of dollars.
- They usually I make it seem like you can quickly recover the thousands of dollars that they want you to spend.
Summary Of Other Exclusive Home Profits Red Flags
Exclusive Home Profits Uses A Bogus “National Attention” Claim
The Second Page Of ExclusiveHomeProfits.com uses the following claim:
“URGENT UPDATE: Recently this work at home opportunity has received
a lot of national media attention. All opportunities for this education program are filling up quickly. To secure an opportunity you must act now! See below for details…”
Directly BENEATH that claim they show an NBC video that has NOTHING to do with them. In fact that video is commonly used by scam sites just like Exclusive Home Profits.
Red Flag #2) Security Seals Are NOT For Exclusive Home Profits
The ExclusiveHomeProfits order form lists a McAfeee security seal that is NOT for Exclusive Home Profits – it’s for Plimus (a 3rd party payment processor/marketplace)…and Exclusive Home Profits is NOT using Plimus for their product (Plimus doesn’t accept this type of product).
Red Flag #3) Headline #1 Used By Questionable Sites
The headline of the first page of Exclusive Home Profits makes the claim:
“In The Next 90 Seconds – Gain Access To A Work-At-Home Opportunity That Can Earn You Up To $87 An Hour”
That EXACT headline is used by many of the WORST products you’ll find online.
Red Flag #4) Headline #2 Used By Questionable Sites
The headline of the second page of Exclusive Home Profits makes the claim:
“If You Can Spare 60 Minutes A Day, We Can Offer You A Certified, Proven And Guaranteed Home Opportunity To Make up to $379/Day From Home!”
Show me a site with that headline…and I’ll show you a scam.
Red Flag #5) Fake Income Projection Table
Exclusive Home Profits uses a common fake income projection table that isn’t based on any sort of reality. I’ve even had representatives of companies like Exclusive Home Profits TELL me it’s not based on any sort of reality (they didn’t know it was me when I talked to them)
Red Flag #6) They Can’t Remember Who Their Fake Representative Is Supposed To Be Or Even The Name Of Their Scam Site
Exclusive Home Profits From “Melanie Davis” has this disclaimer at the bottom of the page.
*For purposes of privacy, the creator of Home Profit Center is using the pen name Aaron Reed . This story is based upon the real life adaptation of the parties involved. is there any way to retrieve my 97.99?
Paul Schlegel (Founder, WorkAtHomeTruth) says
I would suggest the following if the company doesn’t refund your money within 2 business days. If you paid with a credit card, file a dispute with your credit card company. The dispute procedures are typically on the back of your billing statement. If you paid with a debit card, talk to your bank about the dispute procedures. If you can please post back here to let other people know if you were successful in getting your money back.

Yes, the CNN was a fake.

Recently my gmail account was hacked and ads were sent to everyone in my address book. All of the ads were for exclusivehomeprofits.com. These people could not operate without Google’s support. Google should be held responsible. Have a nice day.

Hello Paul,
I would like to know if you recommend a home business (work from home) that is legitimate business to work for. I have found myself in a few scams that I would’nt like to land in again. Please advise.
Thank you,
Sue Garcia

So…I fell for the scam, paid the $97.95 and now cannot at all access my login or anything. Its a shame that there are so many scams out there! Desperate for money and the email none the less came from my grandparents so I thought maybe it would be legit. Guess my grandpa’s email was hacked. I just wanted to know if I could get my money back or at least contact someone but cant find anything of that nature on their website too. Dont fall for this!!!!!
Nanette says
I too thought this was legit and apparently fell for this latest scam as well and sadly, it was only a few hours ago! I’ve felt sick over this ever since. I was unable to print out my receipt and login info from Exclusive Home Profit and unfortunately, the info I thought was saved to a file elsewhere, when opened revealed a totally blank dark blue screen. We contacted the credit card company earler and had authorized the transaction, so the charges couldn’t be cancelled and we need to seek a refund. If they refused or we couldn’t speak to or locate anyone to resolve the matter, then for us dispute it. The credit card company is sending the forms for us to fill out. They did have the name and phone number of the company affiliated with the transactions. If this helps anyone, the company is called Instant Home Income and the phone number is 888-824-4513. I called and reached a recorded message saying their customer service office was closed and business hours are 9 am – 9 pm. I’m sorry we didn’t come across this website and see the reviews sooner. We just want our money back. Its a tough lesson learned. If its too good to be true …. its no good! Please beware.
Paul Schlegel (Founder, WorkAtHomeTruth) says
Thanks for posting the phone number, Nanette!
Regina Milner says
I paid the $97.95 and never received anything.
Janet says
I received an email from a friend about this webite too. Her email was hacked into also. I just called and canceled my credit card because i am worried about other fradulent charges.
Paul Schlegel (Founder, WorkAtHomeTruth) says
I’m concerned that people are saying they get access to nothing. If that’s true, I would definitely cancel cards and have them reissued.
Stan says
Beware big time this is a scam and a half i learned about this site from my sister who;s friend had sent her an email that said (make really good cash from the internet to earn money from home)
My sister;s friend had her email hacked and didn;t know it till my sister called and inquired about the business that was advertised,

Jim says
I was suckered in too. Spent almost $200.00 and nothing to show for it. I feel really foolish, but lesson learned! I’m in the process of disputing the charges. I hope I can get my money back. NEVER AGAIN!! I wish I had seen this site earlier.

I’m glad I found this site before I made a purchase. I always Google these types of products to see if they are a scam. I thank you all for posting and I hope you get a full refund of your money.
Frank says
Before I signed up to this scam, i called the # Joann Miller posted: 1-888-201-0009 today on a Saturday. Beleive it or not, some guy picked up. When I was questioning his business he just stuttered through every question, and then I asked him why my 7 year son posted me the link, I asked him if they hacked his email…and he just siad,”…uh…uh..uh…possibly…uh”. Try calling this # is you want a refund.
Kim says
thank you all for your reply, i wish i had seen this website before last night. we had the private counselor and worked with him for about 2 hours. then he gave us to his supervisor and we worked with him for another hour or so. he convinced us that they would give us the ultimate training and how easy it with be to make our money back. he sounded as if he was looking forward to helping us. then he assured us we needed to make a (small) investment into our new business to really get the best results and we agreed to pay them $10,850.00 and he assured we would get that back in no time. i will be calling my credit card company. especially since Mr. Paul S. helped me to realize it is harder than we thought to get our money back through the business. we are retired, disabled and have a fixed income so we were hoping in this. we didn’t know you were here until today. thank you so much.
Paul Schlegel (Founder, WorkAtHomeTruth) says
You’re welcome Kim. I certainly wouldn’t consider $10,850 a small investment – especially for somebody that’s retired, disabled and on a fixed income.
